EQUILIBRIUM LAUNCHES SCRIPTDRIVE AUTHORING ENVIRONMENT FOR MEDIARICH DYNAMIC IMAGE SERVER
Equilibrium ScriptDrive™ Enables Users to Quickly Build Scripts for MediaRich to Dynamically Create, Update and Deliver Visual Assets to Web Sites and Data-enabled Devices.

(NASDAQ: CMGI), today announced the availability of ScriptDrive™, an authoring environment for generating, debugging and executing MediaScript™, the language behind the MediaRich™ image server. Features include dynamic code completion, debugging tools, MRL generation, image layer control, syntax coloring, and script templates.

Equilibrium ScriptDrive offers an integrated environment for MediaRich development and training by reducing the learning curve for generating rules-based, ECMA-compliant MediaScripts. Web developers can use its intuitive interface to modify a single original source image and produce a MediaScript to perform those same modifications on thousands of other images.
Equilibrium ScriptDrive Features:
MediaScript Editor: enables users to edit source files within ScriptDrive. It provides dynamic code completion, syntax coloring, word matching, and other advanced editing features.
MediaScript Debugger: allows users to step through a MediaScript line-by-line and in real-time, modify each step used during the assembly process of an image. MRL Generation: makes it easy to modify and copy the MediaRich Locator (MRL) used to generate the image that is currently rendered in the viewer. Internal Web Server: processes image requests during development, enabling users to test the MRL that will be deployed on a Web site.
Image Preview: allows users to see details for an original image file, including alpha channels, Photoshop® layer information, color space values, aspect ratios, and more.
Script Templates: saves development time using built-in code samples that facilitate MediaScript authoring. The templates allow a developer to specify the parameters, and then ScriptDrive generates the needed code. Examples include: working with Photoshop layers, XML data, Flash® file support, ICC Color Profiles, text localization using Unicode, and others.
