Job Description

This position reports directly to the VP of Business Development.

The objective of the Director of International Business is to locate and nurture international partner relationships that will yield significant incremental revenues to Equilibrium.  The responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and enrolling business partners that will sell & support or incorporate Equilibrium technology into their client-facing solutions.  Equilibrium will work with international distribution partners to target local system-integration and web development partners.

This role provides high-level support to Equilibrium's international business partners: System Integrators, VARs, Developers, Distributors, OEMs, and ASP Providers.

The Director will also work with partner sales teams worldwide on any selling opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Sales support – Prioritize translation and development of channel enablement tools & training.
  • Product Development support:

Understand & communicate key development requirements & priorities to EQ Product   Marketing & Engineering.
Understand what engineering work is needed to support international requirements.

  • Manage relationships and work actively with international partners to deliver media processing solutions to their customers.

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and manage the Equilibrium Creative Services Team accountable for the design and production of corporate marketing materials and is responsible for creating and maintaining positive public visibility and internal communications through visual graphic and communications messaging design.
